Before we can do business together, we will need to come to your home, meet with you and your spouse or partner and meet your pets. We will conduct a consultation at no charge to you that will take anywhere from 1-2 hours. We will gather detailed information on what your pets needs and requirements are, where items for them are located and their routine so we can be aware of and consistent with the manner in which you take care of them. This will make it an easier adjustment for them and help us to provide the perfect care for them when you’re not there.
At this consult, you will be asked to provide proof of Rabies shots for all dogs and cats, provide two forms of entry to your home (i.e., keys, door and/or garage codes) and show that there are personal identification tags attached on all dog collars or harnesses. You will be required to give a non-refundable deposit-usually half the cost of the service-which will reserve our time for your requested pet care service dates and be credited towards the cost of that service. The balance due for the service will need to be left at the first visit.
We can usually accommodate your last minute pet care service needs so don't hesitate to contact us and ask!
